At Viroxs, we operate using a dropshipping model. This means that we partner with third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship products directly to our customers. Please review the following policy to understand how your order is handled.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Since we work with global suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 10–25 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high demand periods.

3. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).

5. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

6. Product Availability

Our inventory is managed by third-party suppliers. In rare cases, items may become out of stock after your order is placed. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
